Once you’ve searched for your flight or bus ticket on FlightSite.co.za, select the ticket that you want to purchase.
You will be required to fill in the details of the individual who will be using the tickets.
Select ‘Pay in store at Pick n Pay’ from the payment options.
Once you’ve confirmed your payment method you will receive a booking reference number on the booking confirmation page and via email. Please adhere to the payment deadline limit to avoid having your booking cancelled.
Secure your booking by paying in store within the stipulated payment deadline.
When in-store simply inform the teller that you would like to make payment for your online flight or bus booking. Present the booking reference number to the cashier and make payment via cash, debit or credit card.
You’ll receive your electronic ticket via email once payment has been confirmed. The electronic ticket is your valid travel document.

You can earn Smart Shopper points when making your flight or bus bookings with FlightSite. Clients that are looking to earn Smart Shopper points on their bookings can earn points by entering their Smart Shopper card number during the booking process on FlightSite.co.za. Choose the “pay in store” option at the payment method stage of the booking process. Enter your Smart Shopper number in the column provided. After payment is made in a Pick n Pay store your points will be loaded automatically onto your card. Clients will receive their points on their card at the start of the following month after the booking was made. If a client did not enter his Smart Shopper card number online when choosing the “book online pay in store” option, then that client will not receive any Smart Shopper points.
